havent been here in a while.....Enlightenment is never overlooked

The place i am at as of today is a very conflicted one. My relationship is out of my hands.....truely never been in this position before. To love someone but not be "in love" is a concept i never thought about before and how little things in a relationship can make all the world to one person .Sadly....LISA SOSA.... a co worker of mine @ NSA died late last night which makes me very sad even as i type this. Even though I wasnt the bestest of friends with that person we (in the ems community) feel a sense of brotherhood/Sisterhood/ Family. Cause all of us know what the other goes through physically/Mentally at work and how demanding it can be on our lives. When ur at a job for (X) amount of hrs for (X) days a week with only one person at ur side...you form a bond or a hate for that person (not everyone clicks).Especially in EMS ur family usually is small. I guess it made me realize the age old saying that "life is too short ". It truely is cause things change all the time and when i look back even a year ago I was in a different place. I always try to think i am progressing in life even when you have time to reflect it may not seem that way. I know its not to much to ask someone

I have to say when i first heard the name of this show i was like wtf .Then I saw the first episode recently with a couple of friends that just kept saying how awesome this show is and idk what i am talking about. Well it turns out i dont know shit cause this happens to be one of the best shows out right now. (wish more ppl like big bang theory). Every episode i have seen since keep slamming on the humor with the mishaps of the gang that owns a bar in downtown philly. Ofcourse the show is just out of control and none of this could be real senarios unless u were mentally unstable . But take a look......watch the show......charlie day is amazing......always has be cracking up.BTW mac roundhouse kicks ppl with amazing form...inside joke :-)

woot woot week off!

So after putting my time in at North Shore i got my vacation finally. What will i do on my vacation remains a mystery to even me. Deff catch up on my sleep! Thursday i am finally getting my tattoo up to my elbow finished which is exciting for me. Wings/Central park/Double date/Basketball game etc are all things in my fun filled week..........blah lets see what materializes.

Skates/xmas eve poker is how i spent my day yesterday. Growing older really seems to pull u away from what made Christmas really Christmas.When I was younger ,i think most of it was just suspense with the illusion of santa claus. It still amazes me as i get old to see lil kids get all crazy for xmas. Cant wait till i have kids so i can see the look on there faces when they see the presents under the tree from santa. Anyway It is now christmas day and i am going to see a movie i have been dying to see for some time.....sherlock Holmes......yes yea and more yes. I wish everyone a happy holiday and hope everyone is safe!

Gift of Gifting

Soooooo i was litterally cleaning out my closet to get all xmas decorations out so my mom can put them up and we can all get in the xmas spirt. When i found a whole box of starwars toys that i collected from when i was younger. I decided to donate them all to a good cause, so atleast someone will enjoy them this upcoming year rather then sitting in a dusty closet!
